Terms and Conditions

All appointments require a deposit to secure booking.

 

All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your service to receive a full refund.  

 

Deposit will be enforced for all appointments not cancelled within that time.

Appointments may be rescheduled once if called in within 6 hours of appointment time.

50% of appointment costs will be charged for appointments not rescheduled within that time (no call, no shows).

 

Spa Robes, Slippers, and Towels are the property of Signature Touch Massage LA.  Failure to return any of these items will result in additional fees added to your account.

 

Packages

 

Payment is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and has no cash value.

 

All clients will be required to sign a service agreement prior to the start of the first appointment of the package.
